How do I purchase from your online store?

You can find products by category or by searching if you know what you are looking for. Add the items you wish to purchase to your basket, and then proceed to the checkout. Our checkout is 100% secure and none of your card details are stored on our website.


Who can and can't take your products?

The majority of our products are not recommended for persons under the age of 18. The following statements apply to the majority of our products - please refer to the individual bottles for more information. Food supplements must not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Not recommended for use by pregnant or lactating women. If you are taking any medications, please consult a doctor before use. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if adverse reactions occur. Not intended for use by persons under the age of 18. Store in a cool, dry place our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any illness or disease. for diagnosis or treatment consult your physician.


When will I start to see results?

Depending on the product, results for most supplements and weight-loss products vary from person to person and from product to product. 


Will your products affect my medication?

Before taking any kind of diet product or supplement, please check with your doctor, GP or nurse beforehand.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards and PayPal. You may also order by telephone by calling 01977 709001.


What currencies do you support?

Our website can be viewed in a wide variety of currencies, including Euros, US Dollars and Australian Dollars. You can choose your preferred currency from our drop-down option at the top of the page. Orders will be charged in GBP at the checkout.


Do I need to register to buy products?

You'll be pleased to know that we don't ask to you register in order to make purchases on our website. However, you may register if you prefer as it makes it easier for returning customers, this enables the delivery & invoice address(es) to be saved for future reference, as repeating long addresses can take time.

I want to cancel my order.

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, please email or phone us requesting it to be cancelled. If your order has already been dispatched, you will not be able to cancel your order, however, you may return the unopened item(s) for a refund.

How do I redeem my Gogroopie voucher?

Please contact Gogroopie direct as they deal with all the redemption process, you are not able to redeem your vouchers direct on our website.

Returns & Refunds

In the event that you are not happy with your purchase, any unopened items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund without questions asked. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are damaged. Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after 30 days unless they are faulty. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please include a note to say why you are returning the product, and include your name, address and, if possible, your invoice number.

If you return the product in its original condition, we will refund you any money which you have paid us for that product. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods.

Customers are required to pay only the price of the postage to return goods. There are no restocking or administration fees.


My parcel hasn't arrived yet.

Please contact us in the unlikely event of a parcel not being delivered. If you paid for Special next day delivery, please contact us for the tracking number if your order was not delivered next day. Please note that we will need to wait 14 days from dispatch before we can investigate the non-arrival of an item that was sent via standard mail.
